when running.

National Take Back
the Track Day?

15 February 2026

#takebackthetrack

We strive to develop a growing movement that recognises the unacceptable experience of women and gender-diverse runners and fights for all runners to feel a sense of freedom and happiness when running.

Take back the track will elevate the stories of women and gender-diverse runners and utilise the power of storytelling to raise awareness to the violence and harassment experienced by women and gender-diverse runners.

Take Back the Track 2025 Report

This is what we achieved in 2025 when we launched Take Back the Track and called for the very first National Take Back the Track day.
